Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi Hotel - Ithaafushi Island

The yacht transfer was super nice and a great change from seaplanes. The overwater villa with pool was dope, and the design of the hotel was a straight 10/10. Food at all the restaurants like terra and zuma was amazin. Shoutout to fanni, our concierge, were really nice to, especially arranging a birthday treat for my friend. The staff overall were super friendly and helpful, smiles everywhere!

excellent stay but minor room issue

The service was excellent, with staff members who genuinely cared about our comfort! The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious pastries and fruits. Riding bikes across the island and swimming in our beautiful private pool added to the magical experience. Dinner at the main restaurant was lovely, with each dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor.

The villa amenities could use some minor adjustments to enhance comfort.

Our room had a bidet, a cozy sitting area, ironing facilities, and a work desk available, and the staff were incredibly helpful with great advice.

This place is a great spot for celebrating a birthday, being close to both the beach and the sea, and conveniently located in the middle of everything.

This resort is an absolute paradise for those who want a memorable vacation. The beautiful island and stunning ocean view make for a picturesque experience. The rooms are spacious, clean and provide all the amenities you need. Their staff provides fabulous services that you would expect from a luxury resort. Moreover, the breakfast spread is fantastic. You'll never be bored with activities as the resort offers exciting water sports and other exciting facilities.

The resort needs to improve on its pricing strategy for meals and beverages.

Spectacular scenery, exceptional staff support, beautiful cinematic experience, and comfortable accommodation. We had an amazing honeymoon experience at this resort. The spectacular scenery and comfortable accommodation exceeded our expectations. The cinema under the stars was a romantic experience, and the breakfast was delicious. But what really stood out was the exceptional staff support. Our personal concierge was always available, and our private butler provided us with the best comfort we could ask for.

The island was incredibly beautiful and the breakfast was great. We also appreciated the private butler service which made our stay even more comfortable.

On the negative side, we didn't like the noise pollution caused by jet skis and water games, which can disrupt the peace and the ocean views. , the dinner credit for half board option was not worth it as it did not cover the full cost of the meals, making the food too expensive.

During my recent stay at Waldorf Astoria, I was impressed by the amazing atmosphere and fine location. The luxurious mode of transport, a yacht, added a touch of elegance to the experience. The interior of the room was beautifully designed, creating a luxurious ambiance throughout the hotel. The resort's 11 restaurants provided a variety of dining options, and my personal favorite was Terra, Amber, & Zuma for their perfect service and excellent design. The staff, especially my personal concierge Fanni, were great too ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their attention to detail and professionalism made me feel like a valued guest.

One minor inconvenience was the noise from golf carts passing by the overwater villas at night.
